Caleb Davison, LMT

Meet Caleb Davison, a seasoned massage therapist who has been serving the Verde Valley community for 18 years. Caleb's journey in massage therapy is as diverse as it is long. His experience spans clinical, spa, and athletic settings, making him a versatile therapist who can cater to a wide range of needs.  Caleb spent four enriching years in a chiropractic office, where he honed his skills in addressing skeletal muscular dysfunctions. This experience gave him a deep understanding of the human body and its intricate workings, allowing him to provide targeted relief to his clients.  His versatility extends to the spa environment as well. For eight years, Caleb was a lead therapist and Forbes trainer at an upscale spa. Here, he designed 5-star treatments that were not just about relaxation, but also about providing a holistic wellness experience.  Caleb's expertise also lies in sports massage. He has worked with both professional and amateur athletes, helping them meet the demands of an active lifestyle. His understanding of sports-related stress and injuries enables him to provide effective, personalized treatments.

Daniela Pugh, LMT

Originally from Massachusetts I have chosen to make the Verde Valley my home for the past 18 years. Through my own healing journey I have been exposed to a multitude of alternative healing modalities. I made a choice 9 years ago to return to school right here in the Verde Valley for a new career in massage therapy and integrative studies. It has been the best choice I made.

Through my own experience as well as from working with thousands of clients, I have come to understand and know the importance of massage and alternative modalities in recovering, maintaining and or enhancing our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being

I intuitively integrate a variety of modalities based on your needs and what you are looking for. Some examples include; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Prenatal, Lymph Drainage, Cranial Sacral, Reiki, Energy Balancing, Ayurveda, East Indian Head and Face Acupressure, Thai, Natural Facelift and Lomi-Lomi.

I am also a trauma informed therapist and am very passionate about working with clients and seeing the positive results of Somatic Bodywork, Energy work or both.

So whether you are choosing your session today for release of physical and or emotional pain, healing of chronic conditions or injury, health maintenance or simply to relax and renew, my minimum goal for you is to leave your session with greater balance and peace in your body, mind and spirit.

I look forward to working with you and am so grateful you are doing this for yourself today

Debbie Berry, LMT

I began my career in massage therapy in 1994, graduating from Blue Cliff School of Massage, in New Orleans, LA., with a specialty in fibromyalgia, because I, myself, had fibromyalgia diagnosed at that time.  Therefore, I am very familiar with how to treat a fibromyalgia clients and how it feels from a client’s perspective.

Medical massage is my main specialty, and I started in 1994 by working on referrals from two different chiropractors, and in later years, working within a chiropractor’s office, until recently.
I am certified in Advanced Cupping, Medicupping and VacuTherapies for Healthcare Practitioners, by the two original certification organizations that teach cupping therapy in the United States:  The International Cupping Therapy Association (ICTA) and by Advanced Continuing Education (A.C.E.) by Anita J. Shannon, Founder.  I was also trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine Fire Cupping in 1994.
I have been integrating cupping therapies into my pain management massages as a form of myofascial release with great success over the years and have been getting very positive client feedback with both “stationary” cupping and “moving” or “gliding” cupping without leaving spots or “cup kisses.”
Some of my specialty certifications, other than medical massage therapy and cupping, include:  “Massage for the Childbearing Year” Pregnancy massage by the Founder, Carol Osborne-Sheets; Myofascial Release by John F. Barnes, P.T.; Original LaStone Therapy, LaStone Therapy, Inc.; Lypossage, by Charles W. Wiltsie, III, Founder.
I like to do an eclectic blend of massage, including foot reflexology, and acupressure along meridians (Shiatsu), along with Trigger Point Therapy,  Myofascial Release, and some mild to moderate deep tissue, as needed.  I let the client’s body guide me as to what they need, and, of course, along with their preferences.  It’s very important to me that there is communication from the client about what they are needing and the amount of pressure that is preferred.
I may not be your best therapist if you require a very deep pressure, because I do not feel that deep pressure is necessarily the only way to provide the necessary release of fascial restrictions and for pain management.
I really enjoy helping people with cervical pain and back pain, using different techniques, including neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myofascial release therapy (MFR), and some passive - resistive stretching.
If possible, I feel that a really good pain management massage is 90 minutes with an eclectic blend of techniques, including cupping.  However, pain management can be specific to certain areas of the body in a good 60 - minute medical massage.
When I am not doing massage, I enjoy making beaded jewelry, watching movies, researching health and wellness topics, traveling, photography, and being a part-time private tour guide!

Tanya Green, LMT

Tanya Renae is a distinguished licensed massage therapist whose impactful career spans nearly two decades, built upon a foundation of profound personal growth and unwavering dedication to holistic well-being. Her journey began on the East Coast, but a pivotal moment following the events of 9/11 ignited a transformative quest for serenity and equilibrium, drawing her to the spiritual heartland of Sedona. Allison Novak, LMT

Originally from New Jersey, I brought my passion for wellness to the Verde Valley after gaining experience in a high-end spa environment beginning in 2020. Through hands-on work and dedication to my craft, I became a licensed massage therapist in 2022 and expanded my offerings with Reiki in 2024. I am also trained in manual lymphatic drainage and cupping, and I am currently continuing my education in reflexology.

Ongoing learning is something I genuinely value—not just as a professional requirement, but as a way to better serve my clients. By continually expanding my skill set, I’m able to offer a more personalized and effective approach to each session.

My natural pressure is light to moderate, and my approach to deeper work focuses on therapeutic technique rather than excessive force. I believe lasting results come from intentional, skilled methods that allow the body to release tension comfortably and effectively.

I enjoy working collaboratively with each client to create a session tailored to their individual needs—whether that’s a relaxing Swedish massage, focused therapeutic work, or a fully customized experience. My goal is always to provide a supportive, restorative environment where you can truly unwind and heal.
